This handy app helps streamline managing capacity for users, by providing wizard functionality for mass CapacityLimitsDynamic updates. When launched by the ClickSchedule web client, users are able to easily stay on top of capacity limits, ensuring your business can keep up with industry standards and regulations, as well as your own operational goals and forecasts.
User error is unavoidable, this app ensures it won’t get in the way of the critical configuration and system logic of ClickSchedule Dictionaries. As these user-defined dictionaries are critical, this data validation tool prevents any unplanned additions and updates, helping avoid disruption to scheduling, workflow, assignments, and task optimization.
Save time and effort when you have multiple technicians unavailable at a designated time. This app allows you to load your NA (non-availability) form, and then select the following for the duplicate:
- Time period (in days) to apply
- Week days to apply
- Engineers to be assigned
Once selected, entered, and submitted, you’re then provided with a duplicate NA form detailing the information, while leaving your original NA form intact. NA assignment start and end time (HH:MM), type, and location of the source are all copied from the original, completely avoiding the need for multiple manual duplications.

Let’s your ClickMobile user stay updated on the app’s connectivity at all times, in case alternative methods of assistance provision need to be used. When the emergency message has been received by ClickSchedule:
- Pop-up alert appears to all logged in users, regardless of their functional responsibility or geographical areas
- Any user can accept the notification and contact emergency personnel
- User ID and time of acceptance is logged
When a field worker needs to perform a high risk task on their own, ensure they’re provided with the safety of a dispatcher on alert. ClickMobile users can use this app to notify dispatch that they will be engaging in a high risk activity for a specified amount of time.
- Can be completed or extended
- Sends panic notification if resource has not checked in
- Dispatch can attempt to contact resource to confirm there is not an emergency (as defined in Standard Operating Procedures)

Enable your ClickWorkspace users to visually confirm a customer’s signature has been obtained while a field worker is onsite.

An easy way to decrease time spent on assignments, this app ensures confirmation of customer approval and gets your technician on their way.
Having to re-enter job details because of a disruption is time consuming and frustrating. Avoid it. If a disruption occurs, give your dispatcher the ability to split and duplicate a job they are currently working on. This allows for an intervention to take place, and completion of the remaining job properties to be resumed or reassigned to someone else.

Enables the creation of tooltips for ClickMobile Touch fields. The tooltips can provide helpful information about the format of a field or more information about what data should be entered into a specific field. Tooltips are activated when a user hovers the mouse over the label of the field and, in the case of touch screen devices, the user taps the field label.
The Appointment Booking customization is an enhancement to the Out of the Box (OOTB) appointment booking feature in ClickSchedule. The component provides a GUI which provides the web client user access to the appointment booking service. The service then proposes time slots that are available for the start of the task. The user can then select one of the time available time slots and clicks to have the Appointment Booking component attempt to schedule the particular task.
Yearly Calendar Dup
This accelerator improves upon the capabilities of the OOTB capacity reservation features contained within ClickSchedule. It enables the administration and maintenance of the capacity reservation settings from within the web client. In addition, the Agent monitors changes to the schedule and updates the capacity used value when an assignment is updated (the OOTB functionality only updates on Add and Delete).
The Service Optimization system generates XML log files which contain personally identifiable information like names, phone numbers and email addresses from Customers and Engineers. Such information should be removed from the XML logs before sharing it to external vendors for support and maintenance services. As a solution, the Privacy Scrubber will be used to blank out such information from the generated XML Log file.
This enables the ability to display an icon on the technician’s list of assignments in ClickMobile Touch. If an Assignment requires special attention, then this accelerator will display the representative icon on the lower right corner of the assignment list. The list of special attention values is configurable as are the associated icons. It is even possible to use this accelerator for multiple purposes and display more than one icon, each, representing different meanings.
